Announcement: Hit The Jackpot 3 server lags.

Hi,
Sorry for problems with “Please wait” screen in Hit The Jackpot 3 game. It’s because our server is under big load now. We didn’t anticipate 160.000 unique plays per day.
We are working to fix that. We are now moving our game to new server which should be about 4 times faster.
EDIT 25.10.2010:
Multiplayer engine is hosted on new server now. Game should work much more faster than before.

That should be less than 3 days. We have bought new server and now we are working to configure it.

well yeah i have a problem when i try to log in in the game, first the game loads normally, then the main menu appear. the options in there are \"play with armorgames\", \"play as guest\" and \"more games\", i choose \"play with armorgames\", the login menu appears i write my username, my password, press submit, it says WELCOME Mourz, then i press \"continue\" then the screen shows please wait for a sec, dissappears, and then nothing it just shows the Main menu screen all the buttons works but \"login\" and \"play with armorgames\" buttons.
Well thats my problem, perhaps it\’s only temporary.
i liked a lot the game when i could play it.

Cool game. Unfortunately, I’m running into what seems to be the exact same problem as Mourz. So I can train, but can’t enter tournaments. Just thought I’d let you know.

Great game, although I think there is a problem with the tournaments not changing status. I don’t have a single tournament result and I’ve played around 18 tournaments the earliest is around 3 hours ago. Still no tournament results. All tournaments are at pending.

I’d like to know if there is some type of support forum dedicated for bugs reporting? I’m currently getting weird issue, which I’d like to address, but kind of don’t want to spam in the comments ;)

Thanks Maciek for the quick fixes.
I think there is also a small bug with regards to the ranking points. Although I have quite a few ranking points, I don’t see my ranking change in the regions.

@Rand: there’s no bug reporting system, but you can open some ‘magic’ console by typing “~deb”. Then you can copy and send me whole game log and describe your problem. It can help mi to fix that. But you’re right, I’ll consider creating bug reporting system in this game (because it’s going to be distributed worldiwde).
@Thomas: ranking points needs to be cached inside our database. They cannot be counted in real time because our server would die while counting about 50 thousands plays pararelly. It’s why ranking places are updated every half an hour not every minute/second.

Hallo,
at first great game, but unfortunatly i have problems too. If I want to start a tournament the window ist always opening and closing. Is the server also the reason for my problems?

That could be temporary server connection problem, but I don\’t think so (our server works really stable). Please describe your problem in details.

At Armorgames Community somebody has the same problem like me. He wrote:”i tried playing it and all it did was some screen kept opening and closing on me is that my problem as in i need a new flash or is anyone else experiencing it”
But i try to explain in detail again. The games starts in a normal way but after clicking begin tournament the screen opens and closes all the time and i can´t do anything. Another problem is in the main menu. If i move over the buttons they are “blinking” all the time. I had these problems already two days ago. Yesterday everything was fine but today it is the same again.
I hope you understand and could help me.

@Sir: Please try to install up to date version of Flash Player, because your problem looks like some runtime error. But I cannot workout what it is :). It just doesn’t happen on my FP version (10.1).

am still having the same problem that you said about (when i press the training click, the white screen appears) and from there nothing to do. i have the latest version of the Flas Player so ca someone help????

Yesterday we launched new upgrade stars system. Now it should be easier for new players to win upgrades.
Some temporary problems could have appeared during our work. Now it’s okay.

sorry ze pisze po polsku ale moj angielski pisany to szkoda gadac…;)
sluchaj mam taki problem z ta gierka, loguje sie normalnie, uruchamiam turniej bez problemu ale niestety po pierwszym strzale wszystko sie zatrzymuje, juz podczas strzalu z prawej strony nie pokazuje sie to okienko z podgladem jak strzala leci, a pozniej nic sie nie dzieje, tak jakby strzala leciala i leciala, aktualizowalem juz flasha ale to nic nie pomoglo :( moze spotkales sie z czyms takim takze z gory dziekuje za pomoc
